Each charter comes with an experienced crew, protective gear, fuel, and an assortment of refreshments. Contents vary depending on the type of service — for example, sunset voyages provide upscale beverages and small bites, while business charters offer conference amenities and professional catering.
When should I secure my booking?
For the best experience, it's advised to schedule your charter 2–3 weeks prior, and even earlier during the high season, which runs from May to September. To ensure availability and allow for customized arrangements, appointments for corporate functions and private events should be made 4–6 weeks in advance.
What measures are taken if the weather is unfavorable?
Your safety is our utmost concern. In the event the captain considers the weather unsafe, we'll suggest an alternate date for your yacht experience or offer a full refund. We keep a close watch on weather patterns and will reach out to you 24 hours before your scheduled departure if the forecast suggests inclement weather.
Am I allowed to bring my own provisions and drinks?
Indeed, personal food supplies and drinks are permitted onboard. Nonetheless, we provide outstanding catering services that we can tailor to your taste preferences. Kindly note that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed on the vessel.
Do your vessels accommodate guests who have mobility impairments?

What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
If you have to cancel your trip, a full refund is provided for cancellations at least 72 hours before departure. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are not refundable, except in situations involving unsafe weather or mechanical complications attributed to our responsibility.
